What Do We Need to Participate in Online Turkish Lessons?
All you need is a device with an internet connection! You can easily join the lessons through our website without the need to download any programs. With a microphone and camera, you can offer your child an interactive Turkish learning experience.
How Do You Teach Turkish to Children Who Don't Know the Language?
Yes, a learner/teacher can reschedule/unschedule a lesson till allowed duration(set by Admin). To reschedule a lesson:
- Sign in to the account. Go to "Lessons".
- The scheduled lesson will be listed under the "Lessons".
- Click on the "Reschedule Lesson" icon of the missed lesson.
- A pop-up box will open. Mention a comment for rescheduling the lesson for the student and click "Send".
How Do You Determine the Competency of Your Teachers?
Our teaching staff consists of pedagogically trained, experienced professionals who are experts in interacting with children. They are selected through a rigorous process (only 2% of applicants become Roots & Talks teachers). We also regularly provide professional training for our teachers to support their continuous development and ensure your child receives the best education.
We Loved Our Trial Lesson! How Can We Continue with Classes?
After enjoying your trial lesson, you can choose one of the subscription options on the Roots & Talks platform and schedule your weekly lessons according to your teacher's availability. This way, your child can continue their Turkish learning journey on a regular basis.
We Need to Cancel Our Lesson. What Should We Do?
You can easily cancel your scheduled lesson through the platform up to 24 hours in advance. This helps both you and our teachers effectively manage schedules and offers flexibility.
How Can I Track My Child's Progress in Learning Turkish?
Through your parent account, you can easily track your child's progress with teacher feedback and lesson recordings.
How Can We Communicate with Our Teacher Before or After Lessons?
You can securely and easily communicate with your child's private teachers through the messaging panel on the Roots & Talks platform.
We're Late for Our Lesson. What Happens Now?
- If you fail to join within the first 10 minutes after the lesson starts, it will be marked as a 'no show'. This system is designed to ensure our lessons run on time and efficiently.
If We Decide to End the Lessons One Day, How Can We Cancel Our Subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time. To process a cancellation, simply contact us at least one week before the end of your subscription period.
