Because we live abroad, our children are not learning Turkish properly. I searched for a long time and arranged online lessons with Dünya. With her genuinely attentive, patient and lovely manner, my son has gradually started speaking Turkish. I very, very much recommend her.

Dünya is a wonderful teacher. My 5-year-old daughter has been taking lessons with her for the last 7-8 months, and she is excited to see Dünya every time. Dünya immediately understands what mood my daughter is in that day and adjusts her teaching to keep her engaged. She uses fun games and songs and is always keen to hear my feedback. We are so happy we found her. You can immediately feel her passion for teaching children. We highly recommend her.

Dünya is an absolutely wonderful teacher. My 6-year-old daughter, whose native language is English, is already learning to read and write in Turkish. Dünya is a world-class teacher. She has taught both my nine-year-old daughter and my seven-year-old son, who have very different learning styles, and has made them both very enthusiastic about learning Turkish! Neither my spouse nor I speak Turkish, and after just one month with her, they both started speaking some Turkish at home. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My children are between 6 and 13 years old and have different levels of Turkish. Dünya is very good at recognising their individual levels. She is wonderful at adapting to their needs and our expectations. She prepares her lessons very well and succeeds in keeping them interested. An excellent teacher!

Dünya’s CV, the fact that she is a teacher by profession, and how much she has developed herself through dozens of training courses really caught my attention, so I booked a trial lesson for my 6-year-old son. Although it was only a trial lesson, she taught my son, who knew no Turkish at all, new words slowly and very clearly. She really uses creative methods to make the lesson fun. Her knowledge and manner gave us a lot of confidence. At the first opportunity after our holiday, we will buy a lesson package and start regular lessons. I think we have finally found our teacher :)

My 8-year-old daughter is very excited about Dünya’s lessons. They are designed around games, and although my daughter is very impatient, she feels comfortable and concentrates throughout. Dünya has her own programme, based on books but adapted specifically to my child. Her lessons are always well prepared and structured. She also takes feedback during the lesson and switches roles, which really motivates my daughter Melissa. I definitely recommend this teacher for children.

We really like Teacher Dünya’s energy in the lessons and her sense of humour. My 8-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter understand every Turkish word I say, but they used to prefer speaking Spanish with me. I cannot believe that shortly after starting lessons with Dünya, I saw them begin speaking Turkish even to each other! My spouse is German and I am Turkish, but because I work as a doctor in Germany, I have not been able to spend much time with my 5-year-old daughter Mia Defne. Today we started lessons with Teacher Dünya with next to no foundation in Turkish. I was very anxious at first; to be honest, if it had not been for the pandemic, I would not have been very keen on online lessons. But time was passing, and I felt unable to support my daughter with Turkish, so I arranged a lesson with Dünya. Although my daughter is very reserved, she warmed to her teacher remarkably well in our very first lesson. She finished the lesson laughing. Our teacher really knows her work and how to win a child over. It was a lesson full of puppets, dancing, songs and games. My daughter asked when her next lesson would be. I had never imagined she would like her teacher so much the very first time. As I said, she does not warm to people easily. But the teacher’s manner is so fun and pleasant that I wanted to be her student myself! By the way, our teacher had said that making the lesson half an hour would be more productive, and she was right. It was more enjoyable because we did not notice the time passing. It was a full and lively lesson. We have decided to take 3 lessons on 3 different days each week, each lasting half an hour. With regular lessons and continued exposure to Turkish, I believe, God willing, that we will manage this with Teacher Dünya.
